Group Mastery Program

This Mastery program is a 4 part series. How well do you know yourself? Do you find it hard to trust your own instincts and gut feeling? Are old habits and beliefs limiting the life you are creating? In this Mastery Program you will gain insights; receive confirmations; and use practical tools that help you to Reclaim Your Power and Recapture Your Brilliance!™

Class I – Know Yourself is all about YOU! Are you a Manifestor, Generator, Projector, Reflector or Generator Manifestor? How are you “hardwired” and what is the most successful way for you to respond to others? Discover the vibration of your Life Path and Personal Year and see how they can help you make choices in relationships, career, and all aspects of your life. 1 coaching call will be scheduled during the week. A private Facebook group page will be launched during the Mastery Class to answer questions daily Monday through Friday.

Class II – Live Your Purpose explores living your life purpose in more depth. You will participate in exercises that help confirm how powerful you are—reclaiming your power and being all that you are. 1 coaching call will be scheduled during the week.

Class III –Awaken, Discover, Create Your Heart’s Desire: The Journey begins a 21 day journey of Awakening, Discovering, and Creating Your Heart’s Desire. You will experience 7 days focused on Awakening as you allow the inner feelings and yearning to emerge; 7 days focused on Discovering and naming what you’ve been feeling; and 7 days focused on Creating your heart’s desire with more specific actions. You will journal daily in a workbook designed to support you with accompanying meditation CDs. 3 coaching calls will be scheduled during the 21 days.

Class IV – It’s Time To Celebrate reconvenes after your 21 day journey of Awakening, Discovering, and Creating Your Heart’s Desire to share, celebrate and discuss next steps!

Course Outline:

Class I – Know Yourself (10a – 5p)

• Welcome & Introduction/ Mastery Class Overview
• What are some of the tools that give us insights to ourselves? (Human Design, Numerology, etc.)
• How do beliefs, attitudes and perceptions affect our lives? Let go of old habits, patterns, beliefs, etc.
• What does Human Design tell us about ourselves? Review types & response strategy and discuss.
• How does Numerology help us know our purpose and ourselves? Look at the Life Path and personal year numbers and discuss.
• Homework: Finish numbers in workbook for self and any relationship.
• Schedule group coaching call during week.

Class II – Live Your Purpose (10a – 5p)

• Share experience after completing homework and answer questions.
• What does it mean to reclaim your power?
• Why do we look to others for answers?
• How do we learn to trust what we know is right for us?
• Are you ready to BE all that you are?
• Create exercises.
• Homework: Complete story/coloring book, Be All That You Are and journal experience.
• Schedule group coaching call during week.

Class III – Awaken, Discover, Create Your Heart’s Desire: The Journey (10a – 5p)

• Share experience of coloring meditation and answer questions.
• Introduce 21 day journey and system to Awaken, Discover, and Create Your Heart’s Desire.
• What does Awakening mean?
• Create exercises to experience the process of the program. Can use Opening to My Heart’s Desire program material.
• Homework: Begin experience. Journey, journal, meditate, experience for 21 days. Notice what you notice.
• Schedule 3-1 hour coaching calls to check in and answer questions. Post questions and answers on closed group facebook page.

Class IV – Welcome Back: It’s time to celebrate! (10a – 2p)

• Share 21 day journey experience. Answer questions.
• Celebrate!!
• Integrate. Discuss next steps. For example: Private coaching; more group support; a new program; or something else.
